ENERGY DEPOT is a vibrant and exciting Boutique Fitness and Wellness Studio that delivers a ‘Way of Life Fitness’ in a friendly and family enviroment.

Leanne Stanton, the creator of this unique concept and space opened its doors in 2012 to help increase the health, fitness and wellness of the local community.

In June 2018, Energy Depot was proud to receive the Samford Rotary ‘Pride of Workmanship’ Award. This formal recognition by Samford’s community stands as a testimony to Leanne’s dedication and commitment to her clients and the community at large.

Leanne and her team continue to achieve this on a daily basis by incorporating various services that combines great fun and CUTTING EDGE Fitness and Body Therapy techniques. Energy Depot is known as the holistic one stop shop of energies.

 You will always be greeted by a highly motivated and qualified team of professionals, who exude the same vibrant personality and passion as Leanne does when it comes to helping people achieve their personal goals.

Energy Depot’s coaches and teachers are there to 'TEACH' you how to perform safe and effective exercises, they are NOT there to show you what they can do! 

Whatever your fitness level, there is a group or personal one on one session to suit you, including:  Personal Training, Boxing, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Restorative Yoga, Adults and Kids Antigravity Fitness classes, FUNctional Fitness Classes and Gi Gong classes.
