Personal Training

Our 2 very experienced Personal Trainers, have individually 30 years of industry experience and have trained clients from 5 yr old to 105 yr olds. All who achieved their personal Health and Fitness goals because our Coaches listened to their needs. Our Coaches are more than your regular personal trainers, they will become your confidant and mentor as they eat, breathe and walk their talk and encourage you to do the same no matter what your goals or schedules are. They design personal programs and or nutritional guidelines which align with your specific needs and goals. They offer regular reassessments of your results and upgrade workouts every 4-6 weeks to help keep you motivated and encouraged through those challenging times.

Depending on what type of exercise you enjoy doing and what goals you would like to achieve, would strongly dictate which of the following activities would be incorporated in to your sessions and when. Your Personal Training session can include any of the following- Boxing, Mui Thai Kick Boxing, FUNctional exercises, Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Antigravity Fitness, Tai Chi and Qi Gong.
